From 1st January 2010 there are new regulations affecting
the handling of Dangerous Goods for Air, Road and Sea transport. This
also impacts on the Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods.

There are a wide range of training incentives offered by the Federal and State and Territory governments.
These include subsidised training places for participants enrolling
in many qualification courses, employer subsidies for traineeships and
apprenticeships, and specific funding allocated to some short courses
(usually targetting areas of Skills Shortage in the workforce).
