- Your Employer and You; Duty of Care; roles and responsibilities: resolution of workplace
issues; right to refuse work; workplace policies and procedures and
reporting and documentation
• Managment of Risks in the
Workplace
- Risk management; hazard identification; risk control;
contingency & emergency plans and monitor and review processes
•
Working Safely in the construction Industry
- Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS);
health and fitness considerations; accident prevention;
personal protective equipment (PPE); manual handling; equipment &
tool safety; smoking, alcohol & drugs and evacuation and emergency plans and
procedures.
• Environment & Other Considerations

Weather and environmental factors on the worksite; confined spaces
awareness; working at heights; electrical safety and also dangerous goods and hazardous substance
management.
ASSESSMENT
Assessment is against the national Standard, and is accepted in all states and territories. Assessors
are fully licensed and accredited and we have third party appeal
procedures in place that you might access if you disagree with any
assessment outcome.
