Our “CASA Approved” IATA Regulations Dangerous Goods training is suitable for all personnel engaged in:-
(a) packing dangerous goods in packages;
(b) marking, labelling or placarding dangerous goods;
(c) preparing air transport documents for dangerous goods, and
(d) signing or authorising transport documents for dangerous goods.
We have a range of approved courses including Awareness, Acceptance for air freight, and Shipper of dangerous goods. All of these courses are mandated under Regulation for specific occupations where dangerous goods are being offered or accepted for transport by air.
The link with road transport is also established, and included in the training courses.
We also offer general dangerous goods awareness/familiarisation training for other personnel such as those handling the dangerous goods packages or taking bookings for freight.
All courses are aligned to the requirements of the Regulations and the national Industry competency standards, and are customised to ensure that each person receives information and instruction commensurate with his or her responsibilities.
Every successful participant is issued with documentary evidence of their training.
Attendance at the appropriate training course will help to ensure that the applicable CASA and IATA requirements are complied with.
